1. Introduction
Welcome to Relay Learning Hub. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to booking and purchasing training courses online. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Course Registration
Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with course details.
3. Course Fees and Payments
All course prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.
Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways (e.g., Payfast) or onsite by cash or point of sale
Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
No Card Storage: Relay Medical Supplies does not store your card details. All financial data is processed in Payfast’s secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant environment. Please see our Privacy Policy.
Relay Learning Hub reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Participant Cancellations must be submitted in writing to training@relayems.co.za at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to the scheduled training session to be eligible for a full refund.
No refund will be eligible for Cancellations made within 14 (fourteen) days of the training session.
Once course materials have been accessed, downloaded, or used, no refunds will be issued.
5. Rescheduling
Participants may request to reschedule their booking to an alternative date or time, subject to availability and Relay Learning Hub’s approval. Requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to training@relayems.co.za
Rescheduling within 14 (fourteen) day window is subject to a rebooking fee. Fee will be communicated according to the specific course booked.
6. Course Content and materials
Relay Learning Hub reserves the right to make changes to course content, dates, facilitators, or delivery method (online or in-person) without prior notice, while ensuring minimal disruption.
7. Attendance and Certification
Participants are responsible for ensuring their punctual attendance to the scheduled training session. Late arrivals may result in exclusion from the session, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Participants must attend all sessions and complete required assessments to receive certification.
Relay Learning Hub reserves the right to withhold certificates for incomplete attendance or non-compliance with course requirements.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, manuals, and handouts, remain the intellectual property of Relay Learning Hub.
Participants may not copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without prior written consent from Relay Learning Hub.
9. Limitation of Liability
Relay Learning Hub will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from course participation, use of materials, or reliance on information provided.
We do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes from training.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
12. Indemnity
All purchases done at your own risk. Relay Learning Hub accepts no responsibility for, the acts, omissions, systems, or services of any third Party and accordingly is indemnified and held harmless against any loss, damage delay, or claim arising from any act or omission of any third party in respect of payment or collection of personal information or any other instance.
