1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of all online purchase coupons (“Coupons”) issued by Relay Learning Hub.
By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a Coupon, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Coupon Use
Coupons may only be used to purchase products or services available on our official website or at authorized points of sale, unless otherwise stated.
Coupons are not redeemable for cash and may not be used to purchase additional coupons.
Only one Coupon may be used per transaction unless otherwise specified.
Coupons must be entered/applied at the time of checkout. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Validity Period
Unless otherwise specified, Coupons are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue.
Expired Coupons will not be accepted or extended under any circumstances.
4. Non-Transferable
Coupons are intended for use by the original recipient only and are non-transferable.
The Company reserves the right to reject any Coupon that appears to have been tampered with or transferred unlawfully.
5. Misuse and Fraud
The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any Coupon that is suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse.
Misuse includes but is not limited to duplication, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Coupons are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit once issued.
If a product purchased with a Coupon is returned / cancelled, only the amount paid in cash/card (excluding the Coupon value) will be refunded, subject to the cancelation / returns policy.
Cancelations for Courses purchased, that fall after the coupon’s expiry date, will not be refunded or exchanged.
7. Policy Update
The Company reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will be effective immediately once published on our website.
